1. Guarantees

1.1. We guarantee that all the Animals are healthy and eating well in the moment they are shipped.

1.2. We always want you to be satisfied, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase contact us immediately and we will make it right for you.

1.3. We guarantee that all the animals are honestly represented in the images, giving the certainty that you will recognize your animal at the moment you receive it.

1.4. We guarantee that all the animals are correctly sexed unless otherwise noted.

1.5. We do not guarantee the “personality” or temperament of any animal.

1.6. If you are from Portugal, you can pick up your animal in person if you want.

2. Conditions

2.1. We keep the right to deny any sales if we feel that it is the best for our animals.

2.2. Any order cancelled after the payment will be subjected to a 50% fee on the total price.

2.3. We keep the right to deny the publishment of any image that we does not think its worthy of meeting in section “YOUR-PUZZLE”.

2.4. Puzzle-Reptiles.com has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Internet web site and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. 3. Payment options

3.1. We accept Paypal and Bank Transferences to normal reserves. We also accept hand payment in some cases depending on the type of delivery.

3.2. All the payments must be in Euros ( € ).

3.3. Not because we don't trust the customer, but to avoid that some situations happen again, your order will only go out after the full payment.
